If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not commission services. Separate statements of work may add project-specific conditions; where they conflict with these terms on fees or deliverables, the signed statement of work prevails for that engagement.

Services described

Pages describing audits, workshops, frameworks, and retainers are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer until both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing.

Intellectual property

Website content remains the property of Content Lagoon Core Ltd. Strategy briefs and frameworks produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. Redistribution as a product, course, or public template requires prior written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of reports, screenshots, and data extracts you share. We use them solely to deliver the engagement and delete project working files on request after retention periods described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Advisory recommendations are professional opinions based on information supplied. We are not liable for implementation decisions made by your staff or vendors, nor for commercial outcomes that depend on factors outside the engagement. Liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts in Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, reflecting our registered presence in Glasgow.
