A Glasgow practice for usage storytelling
Content Lagoon Core Ltd is the official registered business name behind our counsel. Established in 2017, we grew from freelance analytics facilitation into a dedicated advisory practice focused on application analytics and product usage dashboard strategy.
Origin
In 2017 our founding consultant began helping Glasgow product teams untangle conflicting usage reports after rapid feature releases. Clients asked for the same thing repeatedly: a calm strategy that connected board goals to observable product behaviours. That request became Content Lagoon Core.
How we work today
We remain a small advisory group. Senior consultants lead engagements; research associates capture interviews and synthesise notes. We prefer durable briefs over theatrical presentations, and we measure success by whether Monday reviews produce decisions.
